Connor pritchard
NARRATIVE COACH

You’ve challenged everything.

Now it’s time to channel it.

You’re not here to play by the rules. You’ve questioned the system, explored and conquered, maybe even burned a few bridges along the way. But being the rebel has left you isolated, suppressing your rage and not living up to your potential. You want a deeper connection to the world and the people around you, a mission with more structure and clarity.

I turn lone wolves into reluctant leaders: men who are done fighting the world and ready to lead in it — with integrity and a clear worldview.

I use narrative coaching to help you see your life as story in progress.

My goal is to help you simplify, storify and gamify your life. Think of me as a good life ghostwriter, strategic advisor, creative consultant, accounta-billa-buddy, game designer and broach (coach4bros).

As an avid reader and veteran screenwriter, I will pull from a variety of creative sources to help you re-author your life.

The Arthurian Mythology is one of my favorites because he was also a reluctant leader, a warlord turned king. I believe every man needs to build their own Camelot, whether it’s a tight-knit family or a well-run business, and you need a Merlin (coach) to help you find your Excalibur (superpower), so you can battle the Lancelots (rivals).

You came here for a reason (even if you got a nudge from your partner). You want to break your shame-rage-retreat cycle and learn how to communicate more effectively, so you can lead by example.

Book a free session below. I can guide you through one of my narrative gauntlets or we can create a custom package based on your goals.

ABOUT

Bio: Connor was born in SF and worked as a TV writer in LA for many years before moving home and becoming a coach.

Core Wound: Everything is my fault.

Superpower: Finding creative solutions to every problem.

Triggers: OCD control freaks, news junkies & selfish people.

Archetypes: Leo (Zodiac), Manifesting Generator (Human Design) and Type 9: Peacemaker (Enneagram)

Hobbies: Reading books about wars I could have died in, boxing, cooking macro diet meals, house work on mushroom gummies and hiking.

Vanquished Enemies: alcohol, party drugs, pills, chew, porn, sports gambling, Catholic guilt and emotional avoidance (maybe).

Still Battling: victim consciousness, Zynns, rage, self worth, finding a healthy money mindset and people pleasing.

Worldview: Humans are inherently good, but the pressures of civilization make us desperate and selfish. I used to be an atheist, but medicinal journeys have cracked me open to a whole new realm of possibilities.

WHAT i do

Narrative Coach & Community Builder

When people ask me what I do for a living, I have to pause before answering. Our creative landscape exists in a constant state of flux, so my roles and responsibilities evolve with it.

But if I had to distill my career into a character arc, it would be this: I used to be a creative explorer, now I am a creative architect.

I have wins, losses and wisdom from the trenches in almost every industry: events, publishing, advertising, television, film, branding, coaching and scaling companies/communities.

I help people solve their “who the hell am I,” dilemma then we design a blueprint and a path that helps them unlock their potential.

My superpower is helping people find their superpower.

Narrative Coaches are like ghostwriters for your life story.

We view your life as a story in progress and we rewrite it together.

To reframe the original question, it’s not “what do I do for a living?” but “what do you need?”

A peer to help you curb your impulses and addictions? A ghostwriter for a book? Help designing a course, IRL workshop or Ted Talk? A strategic advisor or an accountability coach?

Or do you just need help identifying your zone of genius, so you can create a project or core offering that helps you stand out.

I’m available for 6 to 12 week contracts.

Let’s storify your life and get to work.
